ABOUT
This website was created by the late Peter Darvall, a long-time follower of Buck’s work. The site is now carried on by his family.
Peter wrote the first biography about Adam Buck - a pioneering reference work comprehensively illustrated in colour with over 100 plates. Its publication coincided with the opening of an exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, England from July to October 2015. A version of that exhibition opened in early 2016 at The Crawford Gallery in Cork, Ireland (Adam’s birthplace).
